Founded by the Woodhouse and Barton families in 1948, Sandicliffe is now led by the second and third generations, both with day-to-day roles within the company today. The family values of customer service, integrity and responsibility to the local community still drive this group and have helped turn it into a £170m success story.

With one of the UK's largest group Car Parts stock facilities, the busy Sandicliffe car parts team are able to find your order quickly using the latest on-screen systems. This facility allows us to pin-point any one of over 50,000 Ford car part numbers for our Ford parts partner alone immediately. Add to this Suzuki, Mazda, Fiat and Kia and you have the areas largest choice in Car Parts.

Sandicliffe Garage Limited was founded in 1948 by Mr. J R Woodhouse and Mr. T H Barton as a service station on Nottingham Road, Stapleford. The Company became Ford Retail Dealers in 1953 and then by 1955, Ford Car and Commercial Vehicle Distributorships were appointed. Things progressed steadily whereby in 1974, the honour of a Royal Warrant of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was granted to the Stapleford Dealership - a rare event in the motor industry. More recently, Sandicliffe has expanded into one of the country's largest privately owned family motor groups with over 600 employees.

The company now offers a complete range of motoring services including New and Used Cars and Commercials, Parts, Service, Accident Repair and Fleet, and in addition to the Ford oval, holds new vehicle franchises for Mazda, Kia and Suzuki.
